For the price, this set is very good. However, there are some setbacks. Not receive coverage for 10.5 "pan, which probably will not use much, but it very convenient. Regarding the complaints go with the handle, I have no problem with the handlestoo hot to touch with bare hands. You get to the top of the hot side, but were never hot enough to burn, or disturbing.

I'm not sure as I say – I'm glad this series is not for everyday use. This is an attractive, but noted that it is very easy, very little interest. It also seems to "light" spots. Even with a good washing, you can keep track of food on the bottom of the pan. Handles heat up quickly. The fact that you not use high heat. What happens? So I would like this as "fair". However, when looking for hard daily use, I wouldBuy this set.

This set of pots is incredible! I use it almost every day for about two months now, and are absolutely great. I was a bit 'of fear at first that things will stay with them, but it is currently, and the copper bottom cook makes everything so evenly, regardless of where something cooking on the pan as evenly as anything else on it. I love it! and I recommend it!

I bought this pan, a who does not sit to replace, not on my plate glass topped stove girl. To my horror was the bottom of this pan is not flat either. It would be great on a gas stove, I suppose. The body of the pot is fairly thin steel, closed with a heavy bottom. I turned back. Save your money and invest in higher quality pan. Another example of substandard Chinese goods.

I had a set of stainless steel All-clad pans that I gave away since everything stuck in them and with a price so high, I fell for the hype but the pans didn’t deliver – wasted a fortune. I then went with Calphalon and like them very well but sometimes, wished I had some stainless steel pots for steaming veggies or heating soup since the hard anodized Calphalon tends to be difficult to clean with some foods without scouring. I love the silicone handles on this set and the price was excellent given that this same set sells for more than 0 at Neiman Marcus. The bottoms of these pans are not insulated and I put them on par with my old Farberware – which was more durable than the new Farberware.
