'S very easy to understand how this works w / instructions and let's face it, if you prepare a bushel of grapes or berries, is very clean, because it provides a cookingTons of fruit. The best part is that the maximization of extraction by removing the pulp and that's exactly what you want in preparing jellies. I can not tell you how the system stops, but it seemed well put together system for easy pot.
